Hello, I am Karin and I would love to be your professional life and health coach!  Together we can reach your full potential. 

I hold a bachelor's degree in Family and Marriage with and emphasis in Human Relations complemented by certification from the Life and Health Coaching Institute.

As a mother of four boys and a grandmother of five, I cherish family and look forward to adventures with them and the memories we create.  My commitment to nurturing and guiding others is evident through my extensive involvement in youth programs for 20 years and young adults for the past five years.  These experiences have shaped my passion for supporting and empowering individuals and families in their personal growth and well-being.
